Collar Training With Dogtra

Using a Dogtra dog training collar has been my beloved arrival to dog training and I am helping older population who have a hard time controlling their dog because of shoulder problems to use the electronic dog collars.

The Remote training collar or previously known to many as a shock collar has gotten a bad rap over time by many population because of the misinformation and misuse of the stock in training.

SHOCK YOU LIKE AN ELECTRIC EEL

In fact, these types of collars are one of the most humane and inescapable ways to train your dog without fear and potential damage to their neck because of yanking. However, like any training tool or piece of tool there are ways to use it right and wrong. Before you settle to use a dog collar you need to learn the literal, way to use it.

In fact the literal, way to use the dog training collar involves no pain to the dog. There are categorically three buttons for use on the transmitter. There is a vibration only button that causes the collar to vibrate similar to a cell phone. A light button which gives a momentary flick of static shock and a constant button that continually emits the static shock for a duration of about 20 seconds.

There are also levels of stimulation from 0-100 and a dial to set the correction.

The actual stimulation emitted by the collar is static electricity just like you would feel when you rub your feet across a carpeted floor and touch a door knob or something metal.

The proper use of the collar involves setting the collar training level to your dog's level of sensitivity and an area where your dog just notices a vibration by the collar.

What is great about the collar is it offers the capability for population with muscle or shoulder problems to work with their dog instead of pulling on a leash.
